Local projects

After its inception in 2003, burundikids e.V. started planning a school in the north of Bujumbura, the capital of Burundi. Lessons are already being held in the completed classrooms. The entire school and training centre are slated to be completed in 2009/2010.

Further projects which are wholly or partially financed by burundikids e.V. have evolved by virtue of our ongoing and close co-operation with Verena Stamm (Fondation Stamm), the local project manager.
